Port fee
SHIPPING AGENCY FEES (NO. 01/VISABA)
(Issued pursuant to the resolution of the General Assembly of the Vietnam Association of Shipping Agents and Brokers, Term 3, October 15, 2004)
A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The agency fee is calculated in US dollars (USD). In case of payment in other currencies, it is agreed between the agency units and the customer according to the buying exchange rate of the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam at the time of payment.
B. SHIPPING AGENCY FEES
1) Agency fee for ships: calculated according to the gross registered tonnage (GRT) of the ship

Agent fee for transit vessel to port Phnompenh-Cambodia is 400 USD/ship (regardless of large or small ships).
Cases of reduced agency fees calculated by tonnage:
+ Ships arriving at the port for repair: 50% reduction.
+ Ships arriving at the port without loading or unloading cargo, staying at the port for no more than 48 hours: 50% reduction
+ Reduced by no more than 5% of the basic agency fee for ship owners signing long-term agency contracts (contracts signed for implementation from 1 year)
2) The agency fee for goods is calculated based on the weight of goods (tons) stated in the bill of lading. The specific level is as follows:

Goods unloaded at the anchorage area increase by 25% (equal to 1.25 times) the basic agency fee specified in Article 2 above.
3) Passenger agency fee: 1 USD/person
4) Other fees agreed upon by the agent and the ship owner (agency sponsorship fee, crew service fee, legal service arrangement fee, etc.
C. CONTAINER TRANSPORTATION AGENCY FEES
1) For export cargo
Specified cargo: 2.5% of total freight
Cargo self-exploited by the agent: 5% of total freight
2) For import cargo: 2.5% of total freight
3) Container management fee: 5 USD/container
